Prayer

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God…” So wrote the Apostle Paul to the church at Philippi as he exhorted them to lay hold of Christ, to press on toward maturity, and to find in Him all that we need and all that we long for. We believe it is our great privilege and our joyful responsibility to pray with you and to pray for you. We trust that as we do, our hearts and minds will increasingly become more aligned with His. “And, … the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:5-6)

Prayer Time

  • Wednesday evenings at 7:00PM
  • Sunday morning during Sunday School 9:45AM

Prayer Chain

  • There are a group of dedicated people who are ready to pray for any emergency need that you have; it starts with one phone call to the coordinator and then gets passed on down the chain and covered in prayer. (Bea Shalin 780-623-3537 is our current coordinator)

Coffee Time Ministry

  • Our coffee time ministry has been running for several years. As our church family grows, it is difficult to get to know everyone. With coffee time running after the Sunday morning worship service, it encourages people to stay and visit and get to know some new people.
  • We also have many faithful servants who order coffee, make coffee, bring baked goods, clean the mugs, and organize the program.
