The Evangelical Free Church of Lac La Biche is looking to fill the position of Director of Church Ministries and Operations.

The key responsibilities for the Director of Church Ministries and Operations include: 

Mentor / Developer

~ Supporting, enabling and supervising people to meaningfully engage in the work of the church. 

Administrator / Manager

~ Monitoring, communicating, directing, managing and fulfilling day to day operations.

 Catalyst

~ Researching and recommending effective church leadership practices to the church leadership.

 Minister

~ One quarter of the work load would involve engaging, nurturing and encouraging people in their walk with God. 

Qualifications:

~ a deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ

~ experience in complex organizations with administrative and operational expertise

~ a blend of strategic/tactical leadership skills and strong interpersonal/relational skills

~ proficient in Microsoft Office 2010

 Education:

~ post secondary education with an advanced degree preferred
